Refund Policy

If a job fails for a technical reason before a result is saved, the credits for that job are returned automatically. That return is a credit on your Prolonyx balance, not a cash withdrawal.

Unused purchased credits may be removed if an order is refunded, up to the number of credits that order added and only to the extent they are still on the balance. Cash refunds follow the payment processor and the order status in WooCommerce.
